Painstakingly built out of a historic structure that harnesses the artful spirit of a Parisian brasserie, the interior and exterior pay subtle tribute to tradition, imbuing every meal with a sweeping sense of European drama. The extensive menu features a variety of Gallic classics, including onion soup gratinée, steak frites and escargots, as well as daily plates such as bouillabaisse and cassoulet. Experience an expansive showcase of gastronomic delights, from endless Champagne and caviar amongst our abundant seafood display and stations set for traditional Swiss fondue and made-to-order crêpes. A live jazz band will play through the evening, giving way to a DJ who’ll carry the revelry into the early hours, all captured by our photo booth.
To close out the night, a midnight Réveillon awaits on the carnival-inspired terrace promenade, offering cotton candy, warm beignets, fresh popcorn, and a celebratory toast for a whimsical entrée into the new year.
